Families lose their homes while Landlords lose Rent |

Phil Gargone was given 48 hours to vacate his home of 10 years at Spanish Bluff Apartments on Scenic Highway, just two days after Hurricane Ivan damaged part of the 122-unit complex.
Andrea Casey and her family are being forced out of their Ensley rental home of three years because it was sold and they lost the opportunity to rent another home because of Ivan.
Both have overstayed their eviction deadlines and don't know what to do. |
