Kelsang Nyema will give a general overview of the book “Transform Your Life” by Gehse Kelsang Gyatso, meditation master and international renowned teacher of Buddhism. Attention will be given to practical topics that people find particularly engaging such as author Kelsang Gyatso’s explanation of the nature of the mind and the nature of compassion. |
